November 2012 – videos of birds at Rainey on You Tube

I’ve started collecting video, when I think about it and the opportunity presents itself. This week provided several rare opportunities. I uploaded two videos to an unlisted You Tube, and may add some more as I get around to it.

I don’t often carry a tripod, so have to do the best I can. I thought y’all might enjoy these, even if they are a bit rough.

Things like this just reinforce how important it is to maintain wild areas like Rainey. Duck season started this past weekend, so I hope these birds stay up by the dredge site where they have “refuge.”
